If you give your explicit consent (you can withdraw your explicit consent at any time); Your identity (name, surname, country code and preferably the city information you have entered), contact (telephone, e-mail), visitor transaction (preferably the description information you have entered), transaction security (transaction date and transaction time) data that you specify in the free price offer form, we will be able to transfer your data to the health institution you apply to as a member of our contracted site in order to offer you a price offer.
